Kilchoan
At Kilchoan we enjoyed good views of Cuckoo, Gannets, Meadow Pipit and Wheatear,
also present but not so happy to pose for the camera were Twite and Whinchat.
Kilchoan does have some really good Iris beds and I'd expect Corncrake to make use of these fields once they've exploited territory on Iona and the other islands. It's also a good spot for wandering Sea Eagles.
